bootstrap
What it means
Whatever loads before any of the real work starts: the files and skills that answer "who are we, and what state are we walking into?" Bootstrap is onboarding, not orchestration — it is not a flow, and it is not a harness.
In this fork
CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, memory, /load-session-guidelines, /load-session-context, and /standup-prep are all bootstrap in this sense. None of them do the work themselves; they establish the ground a session's real work then stands on.
